Works are considered protected even if they are not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office or any registering
agency outside the U.S. and even if they do not carry the copyright symbol (©) Copyrighted works include, but are not
limited to: printed articles from publications, electronic articles in online publications, online videos, movies, TV and
radio programs, recorded music performances, images, training materials, manuals, documentation, software programs,
databases, websites and blogs. In general, the laws that apply to printed materials also apply to visual and digital formats
such as websites, streaming media, music downloads, mobile apps, CDs and DVDs.
B. RPMB expects its users to be responsible consumers of copyrighted materials. We also encourage users
to educate their peers on copyright compliance. If any user(s) witnesses a potential copyright infringement, please bring the
matter to the attention of the individual as well as RPMB. User(s) who illegally duplicate copyrighted works may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including civil court, criminal court, etc.
C. RPMB uses work of other contributors from time to time. We expect our viewers and users to exhibit the same behaviors in preventing copyright infringement on our contributors as well. RPMB and our contributors hold the right to seek legal and criminal damages for copyright infringement on our material, as well as contributor material.
D. Racing Performance Media Brands, Racing Performance Media, A.E. Blair Photography and Trails Beginning Acquisitions are all copyright under their respective brand name.
A. At any time, Racing Performance Media, A.E. Blair Photography, Trails Beginning Acquisitions, our Contributors, our sponsors, or any other entity that affiliates with Racing Performance Media, reserves the right to seek legal action if copyright infringement has occurred.
