Another great turnout for new Peoria Speedway owner @Brandon Dean. After taking the reins at the Peoria Speedway when he bought out his previous business partner @Jason Plumer, Brandon would experience three rain-canceled events. This would not deter him from showing appreciation to the fans by offering a $5 admission night. That would see about 90 some cars in attendance and a full grandstand.

Since the Joe Wagner Memorial was rained out on Memorial Day, Brandon would offer this same special for the UMP Modified drivers the following Saturday, June 1. The race would pay $2100 to the winner of the UMP Modifieds and $1500 to the UMP Late Models.

It's only fitting that brother to Joe Wagner, Jason Wagner would pick up the UMP Modified win out of 17 cars.

Track legend Todd Bennett would pick up the $1500 to win UMP Late Models, out of a field of 20 cars.

Michael Mennel (B-Mods), Austin Simpson (Street Stock) and Jimmy Dutlinger (Hornet) would also claim victory last night.

Peoria Speedway will be holding a Test n Tune night this Tuesday, June 4th from 5:30pm to 8pm. They will be back in action this Saturday Night June 8th for their weekly racing program.
