After 13 attempts Kyle Larson finally got that golden driller trophy in the Chili Bowl Nationals. Taking the lead after a 35 lap restart from Christopher Bell, Larson was able to hold on to pick up what he said in victory lane the biggest win of his racing career. Kyle keeps his hot streak alive winning 9 features in the last 10 outings in his self owned 01 machine.

Kyle won the Gateway Dirt Nationals back in December in St. Louis. He then went to New Zealand where he had a nasty wreck that left him with a bad black eye. Kyle started his week in Tulsa with a preliminary win Tuesday night to lock himself into the show Saturday night. Kyle Larson is without a doubt the hottest midget driver on the planet right now.

Last year's winner Christopher Bell came home runner up and youngster Cannon McIntosh rounded out the podium. The youngster was the highest finisher from the Keith Kunz Motorsports stable. USAC Champion Logan Seavey put the Swindell Motorsports entry up in the fourth position at the close of the night. The top five was rounded out by Rico Abreu, the two time Chili Bowl winner. Jonathan Beason, Michael Kofoid, Blake Hahn, Ryan Bernal and Tucker Klassmeyer rounded out the top ten.
